Job Title: Admin Cum Account Clerk
Location: The Square @ One City, Subang Jaya, Selangor
Summary:
Performs responsible, confidential duties and routine administrative functions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer the telephone, takes and relays messages and responds to phone inquiries
- Answer phones in a courteous manners
- Record messages accurately
- Direct calls and respond to inquiries
- Makes and confirms appointments
- Maintaining database
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and materials
- Customer services
- Cool calling
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level/ Diploma or Professional Certification in Administration.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Possess good command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in other language is added advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with people all levels.
- Knowledge in Computer – Microsoft Words and Excel.
- Candidate must capable to handle many tasks at once.
- Candidate must possess own transport.
