One Support Service Maintenance (1SSM) includes software maintenance and support services. Our 1SSM subscriptions include 12 months of Technical Support and pay-as-you go (incident-based) support contracts. Our 1SSM include remote troubleshooting and support provided via the telephone, email and other online channels as well.
