Job Title: Admin Cum Account Clerk

Location: The Square @ One City, Subang Jaya, Selangor

Summary:

Performs responsible, confidential duties and routine administrative functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone, takes and relays messages and responds to phone inquiries
  • Answer phones in a courteous manners
  • Record messages accurately
  • Direct calls and respond to inquiries
  • Makes and confirms appointments
  • Maintaining database
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and materials
  • Customer services
  • Cool calling

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level/ Diploma or Professional Certification in Administration.
  • Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in other language is added advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with people all levels.
  • Knowledge in Computer – Microsoft Words and Excel.
  • Candidate must capable to handle many tasks at once.
  • Candidate must possess own transport.
